Each round of contract mowing completed by a contractor results in payment of services rendered. Mega Blocks, four in total, encompass an overlay of Hillsborough County’s urban service area. Three factors influence the design structure of each block. Primary, and Major roadways within each block, acreage totals of right of way mowing that each block contain, and the section of urban service area that each block covers.
